I have a 1 Bedroom apartment which is immediately available on sharing basis. The location is Narberth,PA. Its a 2nd floor apartment with Hardwood floors throughout. Its a big community with around 120 apartments. Room rent is $1065 which includes HEAT in winters and GAS for cooking. Only bill we have to pay is Electric and internet. Electric would be very less as we sould not use AC in winters. Its close from many restaurants and ACME Groceries. Septa bus Route # 44 is available which takes u to Philadelphia in 20-25 mins. You can also save 5-6% Philadelphia City tax if you stay here in Narberth rather than Philadelphia. The neighbourhood is safe and very quiet as its a residential area.
