Never go to Ruby salon on market street, Philadelphia. They did very bad work of coloring my hair and hilighting, plus the owners don't care about customer satisfaction. I have not seen any buisness owner saying that they don't want to do buisness with the customer. They were very rude and do not care to understand what I wanted or what I like.Big no no for anyone thinking about going there for anything.
